What’s the difference between Blue and Gold Formula?

Blue Formula is for face, neck and decclotte, and Gold Formula is for the body. The Blue can also treat the underarm/Bikini zone for safe use, and Gold can be combined with blue in cocktails for certain advanced protocols such as Melasma.

How many treatments are in a single vial?

There are 3-4 treatments in a single vial of Blue. 15 -20 treatments in a single box. The amount of treatments for Gold varies on the size of the treatment area.

What’s the shelf life of a single vial?

Shelf life for an opened vial is 2 months, unopened shelf life is 2 years.

How often should I do the treatments on a client?

We recommend treatments once weekly for 4 weeks or 6 weeks fully depending on the condition/case of your client.

What is the downtime after the peel?

There is no downtime after the peel. Follow up with a gentle cleanser and SPF always. Limit excessive heat & and sun exposure for the first few days. No actives.

What is the cost per service?

The cost for Blue, per session, is $33 (2ml). The cost for Gold is $15.50 per ml and the total session cost would depend on how many mls were required for service.

How much should I charge my clients?

We recommend charging as a higher-tier service. For 1 treatment of Blue, $250-$500. For Gold, $80-125 per ml. Mesotherapy cost varies, but typically you can charge between $80-125. If combining Mesotherapy with a Peel you can charge $80-$125 additionally. If combining Mesotherapy with needling services that are already on your menu, you would not charge additionally, simply replace the serum you are currently using to our Mesotherapy.

How can this formula be combined with other modalities?

When we are referring to “modalities”, we are referring to a tool/technique that can be utilized before, during, or after treatment. For example, LED light before or after the peel. Dermaplane before the peel. Needling only when necessary and following company-issued protocols. We are absolutely not recommending combining the peel with other formulas. This peel was formulated to be used with our pre-conditioning kit and aftercare only, for maximal results. Combining this peel with other formulas can create unknown results and put your clients at unnecessary risk. Aftercare does require a gentle cleanser (no actives), BioReHydra, BioReLift and SPF, and we recommend products that are great for use pre and post-procedure.

What do I use with the peels? (Pre/Post care)

We highly recommend our aftercare for best results. Typically we recommend BioReHydra in the morning, and BioReLift in the evening for normal skin. However for special cases of very dry skin we recommend using the BioReLift morning and evening. In some cases prepping the client on BioReLift a week prior to treatment will deliver better results. On very oily skin/acneic skin conditions, we recommend using the BioReHydra. Our professional sizes of aftercare will give you 200+ applications in the treatment room, as a single application only requires a blueberry size amount to cover all areas of face, neck, and decollate. Retail sizes should give your guests 2 months worth of applications and be enough for an entire peel series. When you purchase retail sizes in quantities of 3 or 5 you will receive a notable price break.

What are the contradictions for using this formula?

BioRePeel should not be utilized with the following conditions:

• Retinoids (Discontinue retinoids 7-10 days prior to treatment, while on a series, and post treatment)

• Active bacterial, viral, fungal, or herpetic infection 

• Open wounds 

• Pre-existing inflammatory dermatosis (psoriasis, atopic dermatitis, pemphigus, etc.) 

• Skin cancer, without being cancer-free for a period of 3 years and direct written notice from a physician 

• Pregnancy or nursing 

• History of drugs with photo-sensitizing potential 

• Use of Accutane within the last 6 -8 months 

• Underwent any kind of surgery and not fully recovered 

• Aspirin Allergy

• Not safe for keloidal scarring

What is Mesotherapy?

Our SERA Mesotherapy line is an amazing rejuvenation skincare line that contains 4 formulas, each being a highly concentrated treatment. There are 5 ml in each vial and 5 vials per box. SERA is wonderful to use in combination with peel services and needling services. AK will lift and firm, it's great for scarring and active acne. RD will provide radiance and glow as well as address pigment concerns and melasma. HY is known as our “liquid botox” and is meant for plumping and deep hydration, as well as line wrinkles. HB addresses hair regrowth.

Is this safe for all Fitzpatricks?

What are the benefits of this formula?

How long does it take to see results?

Results vary - but more often than not, clients will experience drastic improvements within 24 hours after their 1st session. If my client flakes a bit, why is this happening and what should I do?

For best results, follow all contraindications, caution lists, client consent forms, protocols, and suggested aftercare. In the event that there is slight flaking, the client can do a gentle exfoliation with a warm washcloth within 3-5 days after treatment.

How often should the client do this treatment after a series?

Clients can maintenance on this peel as often as every 2 weeks or once a month.

What is the difference between this and other peels?

BioRePeelCl3 is a high-quality Italian-made product, with a patented formula that penetrates the superficial layers of skin and creates a healthy chemical injury. It’s also rich with a combination of amino acids and vitamins. Unlike traditional TCA peels, our peel targets the conditions in the skin without the need for excessive shedding.

What do you use to degrease the skin?

Ideally, you will do a double cleanse with a non-active cleanser and then follow up with 4 Ever Kit. Standard without the 4 Ever kit you will do a double cleanse with a gentle non-active cleanse, then degrease with an alcohol pad prior to the peel application.

My client says her dark spots are getting darker while on the series, or is breaking out. Is this normal?

Sessions 2 through 3 can cause some clients to see that their “skin is looking worse before getting better”. This is a very important point to mention to your clients so they maintain their series schedule and understand that skin cell turnover is accelerating. For clients with acne, this means possible breakouts before healing, which is why it is essential for these clients to continue treatments every 7 days. For clients with hyperpigmentation issues, the skin can appear darker before resolved clarity in the skin.
